How it began.

PanVero began with a simple idea: food should feel as good as it tastes.

In a world increasingly shaped by ultra-processed ingredients and shortcuts, we wanted to create something different — a place where everything is made from scratch, using ingredients you can recognize.

What started as a small bakery has grown into a space where people come to eat, connect, and slow down.

Here in Todos Santos, surrounded by the rhythm of the desert, PanVero found its natural home.

At PanVero, we believe that food should nourish, not weigh you down.

We work with naturally gluten-free grains, plant-based ingredients, and traditional techniques like fermentation — not as a trend, but as a return to how food was once made.
